PRIVATE EVENT SCHEDULING


PRIVATE STUDIO EVENTS SCHEDULINGCheck our Calendar for a date available!  Parties can be scheduled between 9am and 6pm (starting times.)If there is an Open Studio on the date that you want to hold your party, we can move the Open Studio to another day as long as you request your party before the 15th of the month before.  After the 15th, Open Studio dates are locked in for the next month.

TIMES NOT OPEN TO PRIVATE EVENTS:  

  • Sundays
  • Already scheduled private parties. If you want to have a party on the same day as another party, call the studio to check for the best time.


PRIVATE EVENT DEPOSITS

Deposits hold your date and time and make it unavailable to others.  Deposits are only non-refundable if you cancel, or don't have the number of participants agreed upon.  Deposits will be applied to the balance of your party.  If a credit is issued, you have 30 days to use your credit at an event, party, or Open Studio.  An invoice will be sent to you via email and you can pay with a card through the invoice, or send/drop off a check that will be held until after the party.


​​1 PAINTER PRIVATE SESSION DEPOSIT:2 hours deposit ($50 minimum) paid in full prior to the session.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time. If session runs more than 2 hours, balance is due at end of session. 

2-4 PAINTER PARTY DEPOSIT: All seats paid in full prior to the party.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time.  48 hours prior to the event, a final head count must be given, which will become a binding contract, and will be the balance due at the end of the party (if more than deposit.)  We do have more supplies on hand should more people attend after the 48 hour headcount is given.

5-10 PAINTER PARTY DEPOSIT: 5 seats, paid in full prior to the event.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time.  48 hours prior to the event, a final head count must be given, which will become a binding contract, and will be the balance due at the end of the private event (if more than deposit.)  We do have more supplies on hand should more people attend after the 48 hour headcount is given.

PUBLIC POP-UP PARTY: 5 seats, paid in full, prior to the event.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time.  We'll take care of the registration, links, and advertising on social media.  After the party is over, we will adjust your price and deposit according to the number of participants!  If number of participants are less than the deposit, you'll be charged according to our pricing tier and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.  Get 12 participants and your seat is FREE!

MOBILE PARTY EVENT DEPOSITS:  Minimum of 10 participants, paid in full prior to the event.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time.  48 hours prior to the event, a final head count must be given, which will become a binding contract, and will be the balance due at the end of the private event.  We will bring supplies for an additional 5 people should more people attend after the 48 hour headcount is given.

FUN-RAISER EVENT DEPOSITS: Minimum of 15 participants, paid in full prior to the event.  An invoice will be sent and must be paid in order to hold the date and time.  48 hours prior to the event, a final head count must be given, which will become a binding contract, and will be the balance due at the end of the private event.  We will bring supplies for an additional 5 people (mobile) should more people attend after the 48 hour headcount is given.

SCHEDULED & POP-UP PARTY REGISTRATION

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS


OPEN STUDIO:  No minimum.  No registration required!  Open from 12-8pm!  Last call at 7pm.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY


Let There Be Art disclaims any and all liability for injuries or accidents arising out of its activities, or arising out of the activities of its clients.  Therefore, in consideration of participating in the activities of Let There Be Art, attendees do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let There Be Art, its owners, proprietors, employees, any guest speakers, volunteers, instructors, or artists, for any loss, cost and/or expense incurred as the result of their conduct, whether on or off the premises. 

By registering or attending events/parties, you affirm that you have read and understand the terms and conditions herein and agree to this waiver in its entirety.

CANCELLATION & "NO SHOW" POLICY


SCHEDULED PARTIES, EVENTS & PRIVATE PARTY SEATS: Participants MUST contact us within 48 hours for a seat credit that is good for 30 days.  Seat credits may be used at parties, events, or Open Studio.  You may also send someone in your place. 

NO SHOW: No refund.

If the studio must cancel a party, a full refund will be issued.  Be sure to check your email/voicemail/text before the party,
